This trail provides a great "Day Outing" trip. It has easy access roads that you can drive down leisurely or a challenging wash for the more adventureous type. There is an access road (tread lightly there are some moderately difficult spots) down to the Virgin River. Beautiful Scenery the whole way. You can pack a lunch if you feel the need, however Bloomington is a short ride away to pick up a sandwich from the local deli. Be aware of possible flash flooding. Plan your trip with good weather in mind but also prepare for the elements. This trail is not recommended for the Summer.
