Trail Description

The Seven Mile Rim trail is a great ride with some fun obstacles and incredible sites. To get there from Moab, take Highway 191 north out of Moab until you reach highway 313. Take 313 for about 11 miles and look for the Seven Mile Rim trail sign on the right hand side of the road. This trail offers some great views of the Monitor and Merrimac Buttes and some great overlooks of Arches National Park. It also has the Uranium Arch that it fun to see.

There are several good obstacles on this trail. Most difficult obstacles have alternative routes with the most notable obstacle being Wipe Out Hill. If you time it right and there are jeeps going up or down Wipe Out Hill it's worth your time to watch them for a few minutes. Seven Mile Rim also mingles with other trails like 3-D and other unnamed trails. If you have the time and a good map or GPS, it's fun to just explore the trails in the areas. This is a great Moab ATV trail and has spectacular views.
