Free Arapeen Trail Map

I'm sure many avid Utah ATV riders came home today to a pleasant surprise in the mailbox...a free map of the Arapeen trail, courtesy of Sanpete County. This map was built for ATV riders and has all sorts of details such as trail difficulties, staging areas, ATV only trails, campgrounds, GPS points, etc.

I went to www.sanpete.com and found the same map that you can download for free! It was also interesting that the site mentions that the Arapeen Trail has over 1,000 miles of trails. After looking at the map and all the different places to ride, I would have to agree. The site also has some great pictures and videos.

We're looking forward to spending more time this summer on the Arapeen Trail. Most of our time has been spent on the northern portion of the trail in the Huntington Reservoir and Electric Lake area. We've talked to several atv riders that say this trail system is the top in the state. This area has incredible fishing and wildlife (elk, deer, moose, etc). Sanpete County should be commended on producing such an incredible map for ATV riders. There is also the Manti ATV run that takes place August 7-8 this year. We'll see you there!
